The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Picartainment, B-68, Bhagyodaya Society, Opp-Sahyog Police Chowky, Gorwa.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Picartainment, accessible from https://www.picartainment.com/
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
As The Digital Product can be accessed digitally, Our Products gets delivered to the buyer’s email address or account email address.
For Non-Customizable Digital Products (Lightroom Presets, Video Luts, etc) the delivery time is of within 1 mins or instant just after the successful payment But for Customizable Digital Products (Animation) the delivery time is of within 1 day just after the successful payment because Our Designer Checks and Validate the Information you provided is according to the design and there isn’t any technical glitch or design error, The Reviewing makes it a Bit Time Consuming but this ensures The Quality and Correct Information provided by you. Usually within 12 Hours its checked you receive them.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 6 hours without giving any reason for doing so. This is Only Valid For Products that require Customizable Services to Generate your Digital Product like Animation, etc.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 6 hours from the date on which You ordered the Service or on which a third party you have appointed.
The Order can’t be canceled once it’s delivered to you.
Due to the nature of digital products, the refund policy is limited to faulty products, imperfectly described products, or faults on our website, or payment provider problems. To be eligible for a return, you must provide us with a reason for a refund. This will considerably help us to better understand how to improve our service. In Most Cases, We Fix the problem and help out with it.
If There is any Technical Problem, Product not working properly has some glitches or anything. We assure to solve or replace it, Even Modify it.
Our policy lasts 7 days. You must request a refund before 7 days have gone since your purchase.
To complete your return, please contact us at the support center. We need a proof of purchase (email, order number, payment method).
If your request for refund qualifies our policy, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
When purchasing multiple items, partial refunds are made if not all items are refundable.
Deleting refunded items
You promise to fully delete and uninstall the refunded item from your computer, folders, website or any other place the item is in. The refunded item cannot be used in any design that has been previously created or will be created.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at our support center.
Conditions for Refunds
This is a Digital Selling Market place, We all know digital items can’t be returned or refunded if you paid for the amount and you didn’t receive your order we can process the refund but once the product is delivered one can’t ask for a refund. In order for the Digital Products to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 6 hours. (Only Valid for Serviceable Product)
- The product isn’t delivered to you.
The following Products cannot be Refunded:
- Lightroom Presets.
- Video Luts.
The Product which requires the details from the user to make the digital product (e.g- Animation), if the details provided by the user is wrong Return & Refund won’t be available.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any order that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Digital Product
There is no return method available, a digital product can’t be returned.
